Effective evacuation of the wounded from the battlefield is extremely important because it has a decisive effect on the chances of survival of our soldiers. Evacuation of the wounded in the zone of active hostilities is a dangerous and complex operation, the success of which depends on many factors. Timely evacuation of the wounded from the battlefield contributes to the maintenance of fighting spirit and morale of the military, because the understanding that their comrades will receive quick and high-quality help creates a feeling of support and loyalty.
One of the key factors affecting the effectiveness of evacuation measures is the availability of the necessary logistical support for transporting the wounded.
In order to provide the Armed Forces Of Ukraine with the necessary material and technical support in the field of evacuation operations, the Charitable foundation “UKRAINE VELYKA” presents a project the supply of vehicles for medical evacuation based on the TORSUS TERRASTORM minibus.
The project envisages the purchase of chassis and equipping them with the necessary equipment for the implementation of evacuation measures for the wounded. The project provides for the supply of 50 units of specified material and technical support for the needs of the Armed Forces.
Publication and start of project implementation is planned for the 2 quarter of 2026.
